How much does it cost?

Unlike our other services, we cannot quote online for a patio or driveway clean because all jobs are different. There are a few variables outside of 'size of area to be cleaned' which will also affect your quoted price. Water flow rate from your outside tap, access to areas and drainage speeds and different types or surfaces such as wooden decking or blocked block paving. These things must be considered before giving a quote so we must attend the property first. We understand that customers generally seek a few quotes before deciding so we are absolutely relaxed, no pressure and no fee in terms of quoting.

To prepare a quotation - we will visit your property to measure the desired cleaning space, check the flow rate of your outside tap and calculate the cost of any additional products or treatments that may be required. We will then leave and prepare your quote which you will receive within 1 hour.

How often should I have my driveway cleaned?

We suggest monitoring your patios, driveways and decking areas once cleaned to gauge how long they stay well protected for. We offer a range of treatments to help prevent moss and algae build up for as long as possible. Once we have cleaned and sealed the area, we aim for at least 12 months before any algae returns. Unfortunately in some areas this is just not to be the case and some customers book us in every 6 - 9 months. But getting a clean done and keeping an eye on it is highly recommended.

Do you treat my driveway after?

Applying a treatment after we have cleaned your area is a great way to keep it visually healthy and will give it a fresh look for as long as possible. There are different types of treatments for different types of driveways and patios. Our experience in this field can give you the condfidence to know your driveway or patio area has been treated and re-sanded correctly. Moss and Algae build is is particularly prevalent in the winter months so our sealing and treatments are there to protect you against possible slips and falls.

Do you do repairs?

We can offer remedial repairs to your patios or driveways often at little cost. If the job is beyond our remit, we work closely with other trades and will be able to source you the correct tradesperson.

Do I need to do anything before you begin?

Prepapration is key, it is hugely helpful if the area has been swept of any leaves and loose debris. Plant pots, tables and chairs etc to be moved leaving us with the area free of anything at risk of being damaged. Closing all windows and doors and ensuring your electrical outlets are sealed and secure.
